Whether you’re facing a specific challenge or simply want to feel more balanced, this is a space to explore, grow, and reconnect with yourself. I believe that healing begins with feeling truly seen, understood and being authentically yourself.

Expertise
I have experience in supporting individuals with life transitions, family struggles, anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, grief, parenting, school struggles, life transitions, interpersonal and intrapersonal stressors. Everyone and anyone of all ages, genders, ethnicities, identities, and abilities are welcome. I often approach therapy utilizing a collaborative approach, inviting you to be an active part of the process, while drawing on experiential and attachment based therapy to create meaningful change. With children, I often feel play helps kids communicate by processing their emotions and expressing themselves in a natural way.
