Anna Leahy, t-LMHC
My passion as a therapist is to create a safe, welcoming environment for you to seek mental health support regardless of what you are facing. I am here to support you in your journey to emotional wellbeing. I will provide an environment where we can collaborate to process your emotions and learn new skills to manage your stressors. I am committed to empowering you to live your most authentic life.
I may be a good fit if you are looking for a therapist who will validate your experiences and provide a safe space for individuals with all identities. I will meet you where you’re at and create a non-judgmental environment where you can find hope.

Expertise
I am experienced in supporting clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, emotion regulation, grief, LGBTQ+ stressors, life transitions, mood disorders, relationships, self-esteem, stress, suicidal ideation, and trauma. Specific populations I enjoy working with include adults and young adults, first responders, LGBTQ+ identifying individuals, and school-age children.
My approach is compassionate and collaborative. I believe every person has the capacity for change and healing, and together we can work toward the goals that matter most to you.

Fun Facts
Along with being a therapist, I am a proud cat mom of three rambunctious cats—Tessa, Salem, and Poe. I’m also a musician; I have been playing the violin for over 15 years and I casually enjoy plunking around on the piano and strumming a ukulele. In my free time, I love to roller skate, read, and play board games with my friends.
